Michelin Star Awarded Chef Filippo Sinisgalli of Il Palato Italiano Served an Award-Winning Menu at Chanel's St. Supéry Wine Tasting Room on Rodeo Drive
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, USA, March 8, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — For the second year in a row at the 10th Annual GBK Pre-Oscars Luxury Lounge, Michelin Star awarded Chef Filippo Sinisgalli of Il Palato Italiano has won the palates of celebrities and influencers. Chef Sinsigalli, a member of the elite organization Euro-Toques Italia board for "Toques D'or International, gave the attendees an encore performance of the finest Italian cuisine served at the Chanel's St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery's "pop-up" tasting room on Rodeo Drive. The invite-only list of 2018 Academy Award nominees and winners, past Oscar nominees and winners, U.S. Olympic medalists, influencers and A-list celebrities such as Marvel Studios’ Black Panther Actress Sopa Aluko, Actor Tom Arnold, Actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, Actress Yara Shahidi, and American Olympic Medalist Snowboarders Arielle Gold and Red Gerard tasted more than 10 delightful and creative bites crafted from a Italian cultural heritage catalog of 16,000 recipes.
Each guest was presented with the Il Palato's infamous, organic and decadent traditional Italian dessert panettone flown in from Bolzano, Italy and created by Mauro Scaglia. The panettone packaging is a work of art designed by Italian artist Monica Zani. The classic sweet bread was accompanied by Il Palato Italiano's complete authentic Italian dinner with its proprietary organic tomato sauce, spaghetti pasta and imported 100% extra virgin olive oil. The hand-crafted gourmet Italian meal serves 6 people.
